Data Deletion Instructions

If you would like to request the deletion of your account and personal data associated with your Around account, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email with your deletion request from the email address associated with your account to [email protected].
2. In your email, clearly state your intention to delete your account and associated data. Example:

4. Body: Please permanently delete my Around account and all associated personal data.

Upon receiving your request, we will acknowledge receipt within five (5) business days and process the deletion of your account and associated personal data within 30 days. Please note that we may retain certain data as required by applicable laws, regulations, financial reporting obligations, or for technical purposes such as maintaining referential integrity within our databases. In such cases, retained data will be limited to only what is strictly necessary and will not be used for any other purposes. We will notify you once your request has been processed, including details if certain data must be retained.
